On monday 13th november the auction for 4 swiss UMTS licences will start with just 5 candidates remaining: Swisscom, Orange, dSpeed (diAx), Sunrise and Spanish Telefonica. Minimum fee for a UMTS licence is 50 Million Swiss Francs. The total revenue for the swiss governemt will be significantly less than the estimated 6 to 10 billion Swiss Francs.
