After the aquisition of World Online the Italian Tiscali is going to aquire french ISP LibertySurf for 645.5 Mio EURO. After this transaction Tiscali will be the second largest paneuropean ISP with 4.9 Mio active users (10.7 Mio registered). The largest ISP in Europe is German T-Online with 6 Mio active users.
