Since August 2000 the service Orange Fast Data offers mobile internet access up to 43.2 kbit/s thanks to HSCSD. A new compression technology now even allows to speed up HSCSD on orange's network up to the factor 4. The compression is used automatically if orangeworld (0840780111) is used for dialup and is free for all subscribers of Orange Fast Data.
