Tiscali and surfEU have entered into an agreement by which Tiscali aquires surfEU. surfEU is a leading ISP and PSP (Portal Service Provider), mainly in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Finland. Tiscali's active subscriber base is now 6.6 Mio (a total of 14 million registered users) with a monthly internet traffic of approx. 3.1 billion minutes (!).
