Australian based One.Tel Ltd., a voice minute reseller, has been placed under administration in Australia. Media giants News Corp and PBL withdrew their stakes in One.Tel. Now, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission is investigating the operator. One.Tel's European operations are not under administration, but their cash position will be under review as fully owned subsidiaries of One.Tel.
