Tiscali recently announced the acquisition of planetONE, one of the most well known B2B Internet Service Providers in Austria, for 2 million Euro in cash. With this acquisition Tiscali significantly extends its reach in the Austrian B2B market. planetONE offers leased line access, ADSL products, web domains, mail services and intranet solutions. In the past twelve months, planetONE recorded a total turnover of around Euro 1.6 million and net profits of around Euro 200,000.
